Job Description


As a Tech Talent Acquisition your main responsibilities are:

- Contribute to the development of the culture of Yubo, by hiring people who fit with our values.

- Headhunt profiles (Tech / Product / Support functions), by sourcing and reaching out to great talents after having identified the needs of team leaders and hiring managers.

- Write job offers, assess applications, manage candidates screening and by conduct pre-qualification interviews 

- Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points

- Publication of job ads on relevant platforms

Preferred Experience

Technical & Mindset Prerequisites

>Professional background:

  • > 5 years of professional experience in Start-up or RPO or agency with a tech and product orientation

>Specific knowledge:

  • Strong experience with using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Job boards

  • Data-Driven and mastering of ATS and Gsheet

  • Strong knowledge of tech ecosystem (positions, market intelligence, key skillsets)

  • Strong experience on technical team growth 

  • Scale up environment is a plus

  • English B2-C1

  • French C2

>Soft skills:

  • Analytical and synthetical mind

  • Curious and autonomous

  • Good communication skills

  • Rigorous

  • Oral and writing fluency

  • Persevering
