Faced with a new generation of hyperconnected digital natives who are lonely and overwhelmed, Yubo helps Gen Z engage with the world and learn about themselves. Inspired by the best of offline interactions and the possibilities of digital life, Yubo's vision is to fix online social interactions for the next generation. Unlike traditional social networks, Yubo prioritizes people over content, real-time interactions over likes, and real connections over followers.
🌍Created by three friends/engineers who are passionate about consumer apps and thanks to a team of 60 people in 3 different offices (Paris, Londres, Jacksonville), Yubo now has 50 million users across and attracts approximately 2 million new users every day.
Since its launch in 2015, the app’s users have:

Live Safety Team Leaders are part of the Leadership of the Trust & Safety department. Although they oversee the day-day operations of Live Specialists, Team Leaders must collaborate efficiently & pro-actively with the other Yubo departments and team members to improve our overall company operations. The Live Safety Team Leader is responsible for supervising the overall operations of the team varying from team engagement, and process efficiency, as well as individual development and team growth.
Admin/Management TasksManage a team of specialists that process safety-related issues Monitor individual and team productivity based on targets and KPIs, and report on it accordinglyManage Live Safety Specialists’ schedule assignmentReport to Trust & Safety Team Leadership on overall team performanceWork closely with the QA team, using their observations to improve quality and alignment of your team’s performanceLead weekly meetings to share overall team and company updates Conduct regular 1-1 with your team membersAttend Leadership meetings and provide operational and productivity updates and reporting
Processes & CollaborationIdentify and establish new processes needs to improve overall team efficiency Collaborate and communicate with Leadership on project implementation and rolloutsWork closely with the Core Operations team, Investigation team, QA team, Support team, and Community team to knowledge share among all specialistsOversee and assist QA/Live Safety Specialists with escalation processes
