At Yubo we are passionate about personal and professional development and, as such, we currently are on the lookout for an Investigation QA Team Leader to join the Leadership Team and the QA & Training department.

This is a permanent position.

Administration/Management

  • Manage a team of specialists that process safety-related issues 
  • Monitor individual and team productivity based on targets and KPI, and report on it accordingly
  • Manage QA Specialists’ schedule assignment
  • Report to the QA Manager on overall QA team performance
  • Work closely with the QA Manager, using their observations to improve quality and alignment of your team’s performance
  • Lead weekly meetings to share overall team updates, company announcements, and report on weekly observations and projects
  • Conduct regular 1-1 with your team
  • Attend Leadership meetings and provide operational and productivity updates and reporting
  • Processes & Collaboration

  • Identify and establish new processes needs to improve overall team efficiency 
  • Collaborate and communicate with Leadership on project implementation and rollout
  • sWork closely with the Investigation, Live and Support teams to knowledge share among all specialists
  • Communicate and work closely with the QA Manager on projects
  • Assist the QA Manager with QA alignment
  • Oversee and assist QA Specialists with pertinent processes for the Trust & Safety Team
  • Training

  • Work closely with QA Specialists to update training materials and communicate it to the team
  • Assess new policy needs and share with the QA Manager
  • Attend leadership and QA skill related trainings to stay on top of new processes and practices
  • Team Engagement & Development

  • Create and manage new member’s onboarding and training plan
  • Organize team events with Trust & Safety Leadership 
  • Regularly engage in team channels for team bonding purposes
  • Assist Leadership with recruitment and interview process
  • Set up individual development plans for career pathing & performance improvement
